Once BrandChats has monitored, analyzed and reported the mention, classifies the information  and sends it to its corresponding area for its use and analysis. The cycle of monitoring or active listening ends by giving a direct answer in the channel itself (social network) in which it was received, or indirectly with actions on the mention.

The tool gets this process by integrating the information system of the company directing the result to the appropriate area to generate the action. These areas include: Sales, R & D, customer service, marketing, human resources, etc.

The solution can use the data obtained in conversations generated either in Social Media or internal, external or mixed communties.
